Alvin Harris is a member of the firm with a diverse law practice which includes commercial litigation, real estate development, personal injury litigation and civil rights litigation including Doe v. Porter, 188 F.Supp.2d 904 (E.D. Tenn. 2002), affirmed 370 F.3d 558 (6th Cir. 2004).  Mr. Harris also represents numerous condominium and homeowner’s associations.  For these nonprofit corporate entities, Mr. Harris provides counsel regarding the formation, interpretation and amendment of governing documents, enforcement of restrictive covenants, issues related to corporate governance and many other legal issues faced by these clients.
